Navy Petty Officer Dave Schwartz, recently retired from the US Navy after 21 years of faithful service, has enrolled in college to obtain his bachelors degree in Cyber Crime. A resident of Cape Coral, he also volunteers for the Cape Coral Police Department as a Marine Patrol person.
