Jordi Tejero, president of CRS Technology Consultants, has been handed the reigns of the company and now has full run of the information technology firm that serves Southwest Florida and beyond. He joined the Cape Coral-based business in 2004 and was promoted to president in 2010 as part of the company's succession plan that began in the mid 2000s.
Company founder Carol Conway, who was with CRS Technology for 19 years, has accepted the position of chief of mission support at Fort Myers-based Hope HealthCare Services and began there Monday.
"He has a dynamic personality and is fully ready to continue to take the company to the next level," Conway said. "He knows the business inside and out, and with his engineering background, the technical aspects of the company are also in excellent hands."
Julie Klein, who joined the company in 2008 and was promoted to director of operations in 2011, will remain in that role overseeing day-to-day administrative, marketing and client-facing processes. Other members of the management team also have been in place for some time and will remain in their positions.
CRS Technology Consultants will celebrate its 20th year in business in 2013.
