Scott and Lorrie Covington, owners of Vapin' in the Cape, 4307 Del Prado Blvd. S. #5, Cape Coral, are hosting a grand re-opening Saturday, April 28, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Vapin' in the Cape, the first original retail store in Southwest Florida dedicated to the electronic cigarette, accessories, eliquid and recognized as an official distributor of Joyetech products, are celebrating their first year in business.
Vapin' in the Cape has experienced rapid growth during the year and added five additional employees and recently moved to a larger facility in Cape Coral, .

Turner and Sutton-Lewis announce new partnership

Lee County Bar Association Hosts 'Law in the Mall'
The Lee County Bar Association will kick off Law Week 2012 by hosting its annual Law in the Mall event Saturday, April 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Edison Mall located at 4125 Cleveland Ave. Attorney Ryan O'Halloran, the chair of the Law in the Mall event, has gathered more than thirty attorneys from the LCBA to participate and offer free legal advice to members of the community who cannot afford to hire an attorney.
Attorneys will offer legal direction on topics that include divorce, probate, criminal law, bankruptcy, real estate and foreclosure, as well as many others. Six Florida urban planners named to college of fellows

GMA Architects and Planners complete
design of Goodwill Center
GMA Architects and Planners completed the design for a new Goodwill Retail and Donation Center on Corkscrew Road in Estero.
The 11,260-square-foot building will have a Mediterranean design to include arched pergolas, a sloped roof and porticos in compliance with the Estero Design Review Committee Guidelines. In addition, landscape design was integrated within the arched pergolas on the front faade of the building. The design also includes a covered area for the exterior donation drop-off area.

Languell serves as judge for EPA competition
Jennifer Languell, Ph.D., president of Trifecta Construction Solutions and nationally renowned green construction expert, was selected to serve as a judge for the 2012 Environmental Protection Agency's P3 competition. The P3 competition, which stands for people, prosperity and planet, is a design competition that enables college students from across the U.S. to develop scientific, technical and policy solutions to sustainability challenges. The competition took place on Earth Day weekend, April 21 to 23, in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Languell was slated to be involved in reviewing the written proposals presented by students, evaluating the progress and projections for the projects, and making recommendations to the EPA on project funding.
This is the second time that Dr. Languell has been asked to judge this competition.
