All Saints Byzantine Catholic Church

All Saints Byzantine Catholic Church is hosting an Ethnic Pirohi Dinner Saturday, Jan. 14, from 3-6 p.m. Featured in the dinner will be pirohi, stuffed cabbage, vegetables and a dessert of your choice, with coffee or tea - all for just $11 per dinner.

Baked goods will also be available for sale at the dinner.

Alliance Church

Beginning Jan. 4, join friends at 7 p.m. the first Wednesday of each month, in the Cape Alliance family room, to discuss classic and contemporary Christian books. The first book discussed will be Fearfully and Wonderfully Made by Dr. Paul Brand and Phillip Yancey.

Monday evenings at 7 beginning Jan. 9, Women in the Word will continue the study of 1st and 2nd Corinthians.

Each Tuesday morning at 10, Older Adults Knowing the Savior (OAKS) study various Bible books and topics.

Thursday nights at 6:15., the church offers free English lessons to anyone interested. Bring your friends.

Sunday evenings at 6, AWANA and student activities are available to kids age 3 through 5th grade and teens grade 6 to 12.

Cape Christian Fellowship

Contemporary worship gatherings are Saturday at 5 p.m. and Sunday Tradition service at 8:30, and contemporary 9:45 and 11:15 a.m.

During worship gatherings, Bugz Landing is a safe and caring place for infants through Pre-K5 and Kidz Street is open for K-Grade 5 (8:30 a.m. service only provides childcare for 0-2 years old). Energy is a class for middle school students during worship gatherings each weekend.

Middle school students are invited to "Energy," every Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. High school students are invited to "Awakening," every Wednesday from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Cape Coral First United Methodist Church

The regular worship service schedule resumes Jan. 1.

Foundations Early Learning Center provides childcare, preschool and afterschool care for children from infants to 8 years old in a new facility as part of the growing family and youth programs at Cape Coral First United Methodist Church. DayBreak Fellowship

Saturday Night Church-DayBreak Fellowship meets for a contemporary worship service with praise band, Kids' Church for children ages 5 through 5th grade and a safe and caring nursery for babies through age 4.

Healing Prayer

Afghan Ministry

A Life In Christ invites all knitting or crocheting prayer warriors in Cape Coral to join our Healing Prayer Afghan Ministry Fridays from 11-1 p.m. HPA knits and crochets 6-inch x 6-inch or 8-inch x 8-inch afghan squares that are pieced together into afghans that are given away freely to the ill or grieving. Only 100 percent Acrylic 4-ply medium worsted weight yarn (washable, fade resistant, mothproof). Volun-teers pray for the healing, comfort, financial peace and salvation of each afghan recipient.

Anyone with even beginning knitting/crocheting skills may participate. There is no cost to join, and supplies are available for volunteers to use on site. HPA meets each Friday at Cuppa Life, a coffee and sandwich shop at Del Prado Mall, in the same plaza as TJ Maxx.
