PENSACOLA (AP) - Authorities say a man drowned off a Florida Panhandle beach.
Rescue crews responded Monday afternoon to a call for distressed swimmers at Gulf Islands National Seashore near Pensacola. One man and two women made it out of the water safely, but another man died.
The man who died has not been identified. A medical examiner will determine an official cause of death.
