AUGUSTA, Ga. (AP) - Georgia pastor Aaron Ramsey plans to jump his motorcycle over nine buses outside a Baptist Church.
The Florida Times-Union reports that the stunts - planned for this weekend - are part of the Augusta preacher's motorcycle jumping ministry, Jumping for the King.
Gospel singing and a talk by Ramsey are planned before Saturday's jumps in Florida. He plans to jump his motorcycle again the next day, after Sunday services at Calvary Baptist Church in Middleburg, Fla. He also plans to jump through a wall of fire.
The 49-year-old preacher - who is also an instructor at a career and technology center in Warrenville, S.C. - said he was inspired by daredevil biker Evel Knievel and his son, Robbie Knievel.
