MIAMI (AP) — Police say a 37-year-old man with a long rap sheet faces a first-degree murder charge after shooting a man who was getting a haircut on a Miami porch.

The Miami Herald ( ) reports Lionel Wilson argued with 39-year-old Joubert Cazezneuze on Tuesday over money. Wilson left and returned about 20 minutes later with a gun. His victim ran inside his girlfriend's home, where he died.

Wilson was arrested Wednesday after police tracked him to his mother's house. He died shooting the man but, according to a police report, said a backpack with a box of ammunition similar to the five spent .45 caliber casings was his.

The Herald reports Wilson's arrest record dates to 1992. He was 16 when he was charged with assault and battry.
