What a Pathetic government department, nothing has changed in a decade since Cape Crooked was on Real TV hassling a boat owner in his own driveway. Escape The Cape should be the City motto. Just Pathetic.

Code would have lost that case in mediation. A lost panel and mold DO NOT CONSTITUTE A DANGEROUS CONDITION. That code person is WRONG.
