Reyemm's comments are valid, sans the chimps, but training is a pay now pay later matter. Large law suits have been won using a failure to train argument and the city needs to provide the necessary back end support to make sure officers are given timely and appropriate training.

Public Safety TRAINING CENTER??? REALLY??? Give me a break. What our police need is A RAISE in pay and A RAISE in numbers. NOT A PUBLIC SAFETY TRAINING CENTER. If the chimpanzees approve this we need to take away their typewriters.
