People across the canal and 2 doors up, had a Saturday evening party. The base, from the music, kept us up until 1:45 AM, when it ended. Next time, we will call the authorities although we hate to cause trouble for anyone.

What's the big deal?, there isn't one resident who will sign a sworn complaint anyway. They want the luxury of being anonymous when they call in on a neighbor.

What about loud boats, motorcycles,trucks,lawnmowers, grass-blowers pets, etc??? Validation of violation MUST be done by professional services such as police, code enforcement and not by HEARSAY.
