All this expenditure for the sake of helping a few dive bars make more money...and the rest of the city has to pay for it. Welcome to Cape Dixie and fug the rest of the community.

The first of many, I'm sure. Look for this project to finish up at $20M+ once all is said and done.

Quote by CM Carioscia - "We've had two weekends of 3 a.m. bars. No incidents or anything attributed to 3 a.m." -- WRONG! There were NO bars open until 3AM the 1st weekend of April 1st. Last weekend was the very first of the extended bar hours in which 3 bars participated. Give it time. It didn't take too long the first go around, so let's see what happens this time around. This weekend is "Bike Night" so there will be a lot more activity in the CRA district.

QUOTE " proposed add-ons to the Southeast 47th Terrace Streetscape project, it could add as much as $805,000 to the plan that is already expected to cost $13 million". -- What we can all expect are these figures to implode, prior to this project being finalized. The question is "By how much more"????? Let's hope it's not an "Open Checkbook".
