Let's keep it real.

Will Republican politicians, developers and corporate media tell you this?

“Hurricane seasons have been getting longer over the past century and the big storms are coming earlier, LiveScience has learned. The trend has been particularly noticeable since 1995 (hurricanes now start in May and run well into December).

Further, the area of warm water able to support hurricanes is growing larger. The Atlantic Ocean is becoming more hurricane friendly, scientists say, and the shift is likely due to global warming.

"There has been an increase in the seasonal length over the last century," Jay Gulledge, a senior scientist with the Pew Center on Global Climate Change, told LiveScience. "It's pretty striking."”

Of course that’s fake news according to the talk radio (Limbaugh)….followed by him evacuating from Palm Beach studio.

I'm happy for everyone in Ft Myers/Beach and CC they appear to have gotten a break by the eye wobble.

Reports are and measurements @ Fort Myers, Caloosahatchee River, FL - Station ID: 8725520 appear to have only gotten a 4.5' surge above mean sea level.

Well, I made it back to my home in Tn.

Whew!

I was feeling like a flea as part of a bad case on the back of Mother Nature.

I think she is feeling disrespected by America.

I hope all of u made it out or found a secure spot about 25ft or more above current sea level.

Scientists are saying the warmer water and warmer atmosphere from co2 pollution were going to do this and much more.

Thank u Republicans.

The silly comment below from The X-CFd (DOAS) serves as a more clear and powerful indictment of him and his ravings than ANY that I could likely compose in the time available ! ! !

The axiom of “have your cake and eat it too” being the desire to have two things that are mutually exclusive is clearly just too difficult for many to accept. Denying science while selectively reaping the benefits is has been building for multiple decades and appears to be reaching a crescendo.

We are in the process of receiving the lesson of the inevitability of that oldest of follies. It began in Texas (ground zero for cake eating) and if the weather prognosticators are correct we’re to receive more instruction Saturday.
