"CW Stout suggested a solution to the overuse of the irrigation system is to connect a metering system. That is the opposite of the city's original promise to citizens that unlimited irrigation water always would be supplied for the modest fee of $5 per month. Stout said the only way to stop overuse of water is the meters because the population is not abiding by the regulations and can only be corrected with meters." -- Who died and left her in charge?? She serves NO purpose on that council other than to attend functions and say she is part of CC City Council. A real social butterfly who's title went to her head. If she were to retire tomorrow, she would be doing the city a great favor. Wasn't it her idea to change the Pledge of Civility and have it read prior to Citizen's Input? The Pledge of Civility was intended for all. That includes council members. No exemptions!!

Curious that any Council person would suggest a meter to try to control overuse of water considering the vast knowledge they have re: this issue. Started as"free" followed by only $5.00 now $9.50 to sock it to them put in another meter. A little more thought might be necessary.
