Turn your headlights on

April 14, 2017

To the editor: I would like to know why, when it is raining, (no matter how hard and yes, even fog) will drivers NOT put their head lights on? It is plain and simple, it’s Florida state law to do......

How about personal responsibility concerning turning headlights on in the rain. I turn mine on in the rain and don't depend on someone else to do it for me. The same goes for hazard warning lights. Do not turn those on in the rain while driving and going too slow on a road where you are not complying with the speed allowed. It is against the law to do so.

Why don't car manufacturers design cars so that the headlights come on when you turn your wipers on?
