Very good points MN2SWFL. Our Mayor should be equally or more concerned with this, as she was with The Charter School System's issue. With everything this CM and council have put the Bunch family through, why am I not surprised at this "mal-function"???? They didn't know what they were getting themselves into when they decided to mess with the Bunch Family. What they perceived as "an easy take" has come back to bite them. Kudos to The Bunch family & the Blake family for keeping this city accountable and for shinning a light on what is really happening in this city. Accountability is desperately needed.

No concern or follow up action taken by the Council?!??

At the last Regular Meeting, when it is disclosed that the Charter Schools had an unintentional "glitch" in their timeline to approve a lease (no loss of data, no added cost or penalty), the Mayor suggested the procurement employee causing the "glitch" should be fired. She went on to say it was also evidence of more mismanagement by the Superintendent showing why his contract should not have been renewed. Keep in mind the Mayor and City Council have no hiring and firing authority at the Charter Schools.

The Mayor and Council need to focus on "glitches" happening at City Hall on the City Manager's watch that actually cost additional tax dollars, more personnel time and resources, not to mention permanent loss of data.
