Well.....seems the "paperwork" sent back. Back to square one, but without a pro bono lawyer, etc. The saga continues.

What??????Does anyone really think we should pay for a lawsuit brought on by others because they don't want to pay? They didn't think they would lose They brought this on themselves. Keep bringing up how anyone won or lost an election and get the people out to vote the next time, but, "puleesse" don't expect the people to pay for this folly.

Loser pays- what is this a divorce settlement? We all know the unions brought in their Tallahassee lawyers to put Marni & friends in office. Talk about spiking the football. Give up squeezing the former Mayor. Their candidate(s) is in place. Just consider it the cost of doing business. WTF they’ve got the FST in-place, UEP is back on, let the good times roll!

Just think if the results were in his favor, you think he would be jumping around for the loser to pay all his costs!

The Sully/Fab 5 Squad didn't care when they were in office, as they spent the taxpayers money.. why should they care now?

This action just continues the saga of Sully being Deile's puppet. It was obvious in Council meetings when Deile would lean over and give Sully directions.

Spot on editorial. In short, the arrogance of this band of merry men and woman, lest we forget the lass and her checkered past, shall overcome any modicum of common sense they might possess.
