Two points to clarify. The current unemployment rate, as stated several times the past few days stands at 7.4.

As stated and reported, the Florida Health Department issued a warning to all those who currently do not have potable water and are on wells, to have their wells inspected due to germ infestation caused by the heavy rains.

Even if the property value comes back to 1998 levels. There is still an unanswered question and always has been in this city.

Why do these projects coast so much money? A water commissioner from another state in another state could not understand why. Even my mother's house in another state had sewer pipes run b past her home $4,400 and $375 for a plumber to make the connection to the system. No blasting here and plenty of blasting in Massachusetts. Plus the monthly charge for water and sewer is 75% less. Jump in anytime and explain the difference.
