Does the NEA (National Education Association sell insurance to teachers for cases like this? Was the suit against the School district, the teacher or both? Does the district have insurance specifically for a situation like this or does it self insure itself?

This abuse happened on school board member Jeanne Dozier's watch. Why wasn't former Supt. Jim Browder investigated by the state for letting this happen? Dozier goes after the current Supt. for something the state has already dismissed as a non-issue, but she gave her buddy Browder a pass on child abuse. Investigate Dozier NOW!
