I commend you for picking up trash to keep your neighborhood clean but what about your neighbors? I do the same thing in my neighborhood so you aren't alone. As to the paving that will come when council finds the money to do it. The previous council felt that a few dollars in your pocket was worth ignoring our City's infrastructure but the current officials understand what is important. Show up at council with your neighbors to let them know how you feel.

Long time reader, first time writer? Must be new-time resident. Skyline is par for the course; potholes are filled with sand (yep); you think your area is bad, take a look at the Northwest. But you saved the best for last: "A copy of this will be sent to our Mayor and City Council in hope of action on their part." We all should live so long. Welcome to the Cape!
