Sylvia Heldreth - Attorney
Long-time columnist Sylvia Heldreth has retired from the practice of law. As a service to her loyal readers an archive of her columns will remain available online. Sylvia E. Heldreth's practice addresses all aspects of real estate transactions, community association law, estate and tax issues, wills, trusts and probate. She is Florida Board Certified in Real Estate Law. She counsels small business owners and works with international clients in a variety of legal matters. Born in Ludwigshaven, Germany, Ms. Heldreth was raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She practiced law in California for thirteen years. She held positions that included senior national underwriting, claims and management at major national title insurers before moving to Cape Coral in 1991.
